Busy couples schedule dates on TimeTree.

How did you start using TimeTree?

On weekdays, we have work and other plans so we go home late and we also work some weekends, so it was hard to decide when to go on dates. We had been looking for a good solution and we found TimeTree that was being introduced on a blog.

Currently, how do you use TimeTree?

Now, we use two calendars: a date calendar and a wedding calendar. This time, we are preparing for a wedding and there are more and more things to ask and check so we made a new calendar.

There are so many preparations for a wedding...

Please describe specific ways you use it to prepare for the wedding.

We started preparing in September for the wedding in July the following year. Now, we have in our schedule "checking out the wedding hall," "meeting with the parents of both sides," and "showing appreciation and gratitude to related people." The schedule needs to be not just the two of us, but sometimes we need to know the schedule of our family and also many schedule are are still few months ahead so we share our schedule on the calendar for the progress. For checking out the wedding hall, sometimes we meet up after work at the actual location so it is very helpful to be able to put in venue information to URLs and map information.

Do you have any tips on how to use it?

We manage wedding preparation tasks and schedule using colors/labels. Not fixed schedule is set to "yellow" and fixed schedule is set to "green." It is very convenient to be able to tell what is fixed and what is not. From now on, we want to post pictures of dresses she tried on and post opinions as comments and enjoy selecting dress together.

How was using TimeTree to prepare for the wedding?

There are so many more things to do for a wedding than you would think. If you have no extra time and you have limited time to meet, decision making is a very hard work. But thanks to TimeTree, we are managing to prepare without fighting and misunderstanding and preparation is going well.
